Policies
- $10 extra on Fridays and Saturdays for our standard rooms. All other rooms are $15 extra on Friday and Saturday.
- Rates are for one or two people, except 2-bedroom suites (up to four); $15 per night charge for each person except kids under 8 which are free (maximum of 2 free kids per room)
- $15 per night / per pet charge (up to two pets) for our new pet friendly condos
- One night deposit is required on all reservations
- Three night deposit is required on all reservations 7-days and longer
- Premium rates and minimum of three-night stays on holidays/events
- All rates subject to 12.5% Florida/Resort sales taxes
- All rooms are non-smoking
Resort Description
- Intimate Friendly, as quiet as a sunrise. Lime Tree Bay Resort has only 44 units on one-quarter mile of lush, tropical waterfront on the Gulf of Mexico.
- Amenities include boat dockage, free wi-fi, complimentary use of our ocean kayaks, sunning beach, swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, tennis court, business center, pet friendly rooms, on-site snorkeling, and breath-taking sunsets. Each room has easy access to hammocks, barbecue grills and secluded sitting areas, serenely nestled among more than 100 palm trees.
