Standard rooms are $20/night extra on Friday and Saturday; all other room categories $25/night extra on Friday & Saturday.
- Rates are for one or two people, except 2-bedroom suites (up to four); $15 per night charge for each person except kids under 8 which are free (maximum of 2 free kids per room)
- One night deposit is required on all reservations
- Three night deposit is required on all reservations 7-days and longer
- Premium rates and minimum of three-night stays on holidays/events

Pet Friendly Units
Pets are permitted only in our dockside/canal front 1-Bedroom/1 Bath Suites with Kitchen and Porch. Additional fees in the amount of $15.00 per day apply to each pet traveling with you with a maximum of two pets of 65 pounds or less in each room.
